4. Data collection in the Czech Republic
T/C centres (293) - shall fill in the EMCDDA/TDI forms (paper form or its electronic version).
Regional Hygienic Stations (14) - shall gather filled in forms on a quarterly basis and check their completeness, insert data from forms into the computer.
Drug Epidemiology Headquarters of the Hygienic Station of the Capital Prague - provides inserting data from forms in Prague into the computer, elimination of duplicate data, data analysis, processing and distribution of results
