2. The Significance Of The Name
The Name of the Lord is a strong tower (strong fortress), the righteous run into it and they are safe (protected, raised above danger). Proverbs 18:10

4. The Person And Name Of God
In John 10:30 Jesus said, I am one with the Father. One with Gods deity and essence.
The godhead is not a triune committee of gods and we do not serve a board of gods.
There is one God who put on flesh. He is the Christ. God was manifest in the flesh.

5. In the Lord’s prayer God’s name is to be hallowed, which means to honor as holy; as greatly revered and respected.
The word “holy’ in the Greek text literally means “set apart.” God’s name is set apart and anyone who has God’s name, which we receive in baptism, that person is also set apart. The bride is set apart by His Name.
We are begotten by His Word and set apart by His name - and His name means salvation.

6. God, the Holy Spirit, put on a body of human flesh to conquer the will and weaknesses of the flesh, to make a way for us, He being The Way. He shed His innocent blood to save us and offer us the gift of His Holy Spirit to help us. God so loved us He laid down His life for us.

There is no such thing as three in the godhead. God is one. God does not have three personalities. God has one person and personality expressed through Christ. He is our provider, deliverer, healer, helper, teacher, heavenly Father and savior and He is One. So how can one be three at the same time and still be one? It happens in your kitchen all the time. <> Jesus said, I am in the Father and the Father is in me. He said they are one.

8. The Significance Of The Name
Most Christians and theologians acknowledge that the Lord is coming for His bride.
The Holy Spirit acknowledges this in agreement with the bride in Rev. 22:17
“And the Spirit and the bride say, Come”.

9. Who Is The Bride Of Christ?
Not everyone who attends church or claims to be Christian is the bride of Christ.
The bride of Christ has a Name that differentiates/sets her apart from all others.
The bride has taken the Lords Name above all others as her own and bears His Name.
The bride of Christ is committed to the Lord and is a doer of His Word.

10. Becoming The Bride Of Christ
Having taken His Name, the bride of Christ joins Christ’s family and has all rights of inheritance by His Name.
The bride of Christ forsakes all others and all other teachings keeping herself expressly for Him in Name and in deed.
The bride of Christ does the will of the Father and enters Gods kingdom as a result.

11. Who Will Enter Heaven
“Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven”. Matthew 7:21

12. Jesus Is Coming For His Bride
The Lord is not coming for his fiancé or girlfriend. He is coming for His Bride who has His Name, which is above every name and of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named (Ephesians 3:15).
The bride received His Name in baptism by being immersed into it. “For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ”. Galatians 3:27

2 Chronicles 7: if my people, which are called by my name .. Name is relational.
Acts 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

14. The Name Of Power & Authority
Jesus said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me”. Matthew 28:18
The bride of Christ has Christ’s authority because of His Name.
The bride of Christ has power over demonic spirits: Jesus said, “In my name shall they cast out devils” Mark 16:17
- “they” are not just anyone.

15. No Name - No Power
Then certain of the vagabond Jews, exorcists, took upon them to call over them which had evil spirits the name of the Lord Jesus, saying, We adjure you by Jesus whom Paul preacheth. And there were seven sons of one Sceva, a Jew, and chief of the priests, which did so. And the evil spirit answered and said, Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye? Acts 19:13 -15

Gods Name Has Authority And Power

17. Some believe God’s name is “Father” showing relationship, but the Old Testament is very clear that the name of God is a Hebrew word translated YHWH, spoken Yeshua. In Hebrew, Yeshua (Jesus) is God’s name and “Father” is His title, as is God. There are many names for God, there are many words for God and there are many titles for God, but there is only one name of God.

19. The Significance Of The Name
Just because someone says they are a Christian or the bride of Christ does not make them so.
What identifies Gods people is that they are called by His Name.
No one will inherit the kingdom without right of inheritance by the Name.

20. Inheritance By The Lord’s Name
Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: Matt 25:34

The distinction of Gods people is that they bear His name. God wants His people to bear His name. It is a saving Name. His name gives inheritance of eternal salvation. His name is a protective covering of righteousness. His name has power to heal the sick and cast out devils. His bride is known by His name.

Pride and rebellion tells God I don’t have to do it your way. This spirit is as old as Cain. Becoming part of the family of Christ is through the birth process, as in the birth of the church in the book of Acts, receiving the family name whereby we have eternal life.

When it comes to your salvation, satan will say it does not matter. Men will say it’s just semantics or splitting hairs. Who are you going to listen to? God or someone else? Who are you going to place your salvation in, God or satan?
