Alan C. Bolotin, CLU, ChFC, AEP – Financial Representative and Senior Financial Planner Alan Bolotin leads our business and individual financial planning practice. As a Senior Financial Planner with New England Securities, with 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Alan brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in working with closely-held businesses, business owners and executives. Alan graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a degree in Finance. He holds his Series 7 license for all general securities, his Group Life and Health License and is also registered as an IAR (Investment Advisor Representative) through New England Securities. Alan holds the professional designations of Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Accredited Estate Planner. Alan focuses on building long-term relationships with individuals, families and business to help them design solutions to reach their financial objectives. Brian Scanlon, CFP® – Financial Representative, Director of Plan Services Brian leads our Retirement Plan Services team at Baystate Financial. He brings a diverse background in the areas of Practice Management and personal financial strategies, equipping him to assist our clients in managing their retirement plans and providing education to participants in retirement planning and investment strategies. Brian received his BA in Biology from Harvard University and has worked in the financial services industry for the past 7 years. He holds his Series 7 license for all general securities, his Group Life and Health License and is also registered as an IAR (Investment Advisor Representative) through New England Securities. In addition to his licenses, Brian is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional . Brian works with TPAs in Plan Design analysis and with Plan Providers in evaluating Investment options. He coordinates our Annual Plan Reviews and works with our clients in fulfilling their fiduciary responsibilities to the plan, keeping regular contact with our clients to ensure that everything is working as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Neil Blicher, CFP® – Financial Representative and Senior Financial Planner Neil Blicher is a senior financial planner with New England Securities, with over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Wesleyan University in 1989 and his Masters of Management for the Kellogg School of Management in Neil is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional and is Series 6, 63 and 7 securities registered. He is also licensed for life, accident and variable insurances. Neil’s focus is providing individuals, families and business owners with financial strategies for the accumulation, protection and distribution of wealth. He is involved with MetLife’s Retirewise® program with provides a detailed education program on retirement planning to companies and organizations, and available to conduct Participant Group Education meetings or meet with Participants individually to provide education concerning the retirement plan and other areas of financial concern or interest. Stacy Parker-Lurie – Retirement Plan Services: Stacy is our Retirement Plan Coordinator, serving as a liaison for Plan and Participant services. Stacy provides support for our clients’ Plan Administrators, as well as assisting participants with questions about their retirement account. She holds her Series 6 and 63 licenses for all general securities, enabling her to make important contributions to the analysis of Plan Investment options and educating participants on portfolio options. She brings 14 years of experience in the financial services industry, focused in particular on retirement plan services and administration. Lisa Pike - Client Services: Lisa is our team’s Client Services Manager, working with all areas of the practice and interfacing with clients on all service items and questions. She is proactive in coordinating the scheduling of all meetings and quick to direct participant questions, ensuring that they get the answers they need. Her strengths of problem solving with a determination to follow through make her perfectly equipped to be our clients’ point of contact for day-to-day service management and concerns. This is a brief summary for our two dedicated administrative staff personnel.
