AICP’s Introduction to Insurance
Compliance Program This one and a half day live presentation course will be held on September 22 & 23, 2018, immediately before the AICP’s annual conference in Nashville, TN. This program provides the “why” for insurance professionals who want to understand the compliance requirements encountered in their daily jobs - whether they are new to the industry, new to their role, or simply anyone who would benefit from a foundational understanding of how insurance regulation impacts our industry. The course will be taught by a dynamic panel of AICP members who are recognized as experts in their functional compliance areas. Be on the lookout for more information soon at AICP, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

AICP CHARITY – “The Little Pantry that Could”
They are a food pantry plus more – among other things, they provide facilities for showers and laundry for people who are homeless, help people start businesses, connect people to VA resources, and even helped someone get a prosthetic leg! Inspired by them, we decided to try and stock the food pantry and have a little friendly competition between chapters. We are challenging each chapter to see which can donate the most items to The Little Pantry that Could. The Little Pantry that Could representative told us that they see really great need for food support during the summer, when kids are not getting breakfast and lunch at school and donations are also down. We are collecting money today to support this charity. Need inspiration? Some of the things that the charity always needs include: Cereal Canned fruit Canned Beans or other protein Instant mashed potatoes Rice Laundry detergent Socks
