New contribution of France with measurement result focused on applications (Vidéo, FTP, VoIP)
Used parameters :
Ton max = 5 ms
Toff mean > 38 ms with Σ Toff > 944 ms per second
Toff min = 0.25 ms
Σ Ton< 5% per second and 0.5% per hour

Result :
Strong opposition from Siemens and Wimax forum (same representative)
The Wimax community consider this non-protective enough and ask for more severe Ton/Toff to get 1dB degradation at 1m (almost done) or at 36cm (more challenging)
ECC TG3 consider LDC as an efficient mitigation technique but that need further study

See if separation distance is 36cm or 1m (end of march)
Make more generic measurements (different repartition of Ton/Toff)
Determine new parameter for 1dB degradation at 1m (or 36 cm)
