Amoris Laetitia = Joy of Love, A Document written by Pope Francis on Family after two synods.
Synod = One of the two official meetings in the Church. Started fifty years back. A consultative body to support the pope on topics related to Church.
Pastoral = in the way of a shepherd (good shepherd).
