11 Review of Why We’re Changing
The Monthly Calendar Conversion (MCC) is a key initiative of Ambition 2025 Brings North America in alignment with Group, as all other regions are already on a monthly calendar Current calendar doesn’t match most clients’ calendars (which are monthly) Brings us closer to our improvement objectives by: Spreading out financial activities across the period Building more real time financials Aligns us with the transition to monthly inventory, which is already underway Eventually makes the close process easier on the Segments and Finance teams by: Eliminating double work Providing a single view of the business across the organization Removing the challenges of our current accounting calendar’s 53rd week Better aligning with the needs of our Clients

Thinking daily is new norm New mindset becomes routine Financial close no longer an event Requires less effort and time dedicated all at once 18
