Adjust the first frame,to make the light spot on second frame coincidence adjust the screw1 to adjust the light spot moving up & down adjust the screw2 to adjust the light spot moving slantly adjust the screw3 to adjust the light spot moving left and right

Generally speaking, we only need to adjust the first and third adjustable screws, fix the second adjustable screws, you can complete the adjustment of the light path. ① ② ③

If the Optical Path is correct, the two light spot is doublication on the paper and in the center of laser head round hole. If not correct We should adjust the second mirror bracket

Same ajustment with the first mirror bracket adjusting screw1 ① light spot will movingup and down adjusting screw2 ② ③ light spot will diagonally moving adjusting screw3 light spot will moving left and right

Laser head Finally Stick paper (a layer) to the laser head below,
then press pulse, check the laser out from the conical head of laser head below

Laser head Generally, The light out from conical head will place a small round hole on the paper

Second ,the optical path of Y-axis, then the optical path of X-axis Finally, laser head vertical optical path

Notices The laser tube low volt end don't touch the first mirror bracket, need 2-3cm safe distance After adjust one mirror bracket, don't forget to fix each screw, To prevent Optical path change. The first and second mirror bracket can move up&dow,left &right, The method is flexible laser is not visible, please caution during operation, preventing burn body or clothes Please be patient, careful, don't rush
