Vision for the Future, Focus for Today
In our November technical leaders meeting we reflected back on our journey as a technical organization under John’s leadership and started to talk about the vision for our future. That vision continued to evolve and during the first few months of the year I rolled out communication more broadly to the technical organization about that vision through Cummins Connect stories, my newly launched blog, and town hall meetings in Beijing, Wuhan, Pune, Columbus, Fridley, and a video that is available on Cummins Connect.
As we come together this week we are at the early stages of refocusing on what it takes for our technical organization to innovate, differentiate, and deliver to our customer and the business. Now is the time for us to come together and talk about the early stages of this journey and commit to leading the company and our technical organization on this journey.

ALD process for vehicle emission development.
CPE+ATI+OBD+Vehicle emission simulation;
Vehicle emission capability assessment for different configuration ;
Emission Robustness Improvement
Update the design target for the FFM NS5 product(Engine out+ System out)
Introduce IAT and isolation material for NS5 SCR product.
Introduce one sensor closeloop SCR controller to current NS5 project.
Start Euro 6/NS 6 emission product VPI development(G/Z NS6).
Continue the JV rotation to enhance the basic capability in JVs.
