Updated the IM Policy framework with Business Rules & Guidelines Implementation by linked business units IMAs (Information Management Advisors) – 1 from every business unit TIPS & Tricks, Poster Boards, Intranet All new staff gets trained within one-week of onboarding – Follow up (3 days / 3 weeks / 3 months) Refresher Training Sessions Collaboration with IT & HR Naming Conventions IMAs = Super Users Awareness & Training Strong connections with HR and IT Not currently opening

• April 2012, Canada joined the international Open Government Partnership (OGP) • The OGP is “a multilateral initiative that aims to secure concrete commitments from governments to promote transparency, empower citizens, fight corruption, and harness new technologies to strengthen governance.” • 70 countries have joined the OGP since it was founded. In April 2016, the OGP announced that it will be piloting an initiative to bring 10 sub-national governments into the Partnership, including the Government of Ontario. TBS`s Directive on Open Government came into effect October 2014 Committed to the Government of Canada's agenda for openness and transparency Open Government = Better Government (Transparency & Accountability) Collaboration between departments – saves money Sharing info – not reinventing the wheel Improves research, improves quality of programs and services Foster Collaboration and Innovation

Open access to our corporate information Share corporate documents on the principal of “Open by Default” Putting information within public reach Documents go LIVE on the portal within 2-3 hours The public will only see the latest version They can access the portal but not EDRMS Documents go live in REAL-TIME Open Heritage is the NAME of our portal New Reality – We are at the forefront – leading the way Making our current, unclassified, working documents available - Accountability – Transparency After your made changes and save your document, the new version will appear on the portal within 2-3 hours Museum Content
