Simple notification <------> delivery of AAM
All but one agreed to explore the potential.
Explicit concerns over:
Benefit (how does the publisher gain?)
Practical / technical issues (how much effort?)
Implicit concerns over:
Need for something scalable, not UK-specific
Assurances over keeping to embargoes
Availability of metadata at acceptance
Routines to update records later

We have a reasonably good understanding of the requirements, constraints and options.
We will decide on the best option in the next week, and expect to deliver something useful to universities by July 2015.
Whichever option is delivered, it will imply some work by universities, adapting systems and processes to use the Router.
We know that universities have to put arrangements in place now, so will ensure you’re kept informed of what will be ready, and when.
