Person Focused Service Model
Needs Disability Review Transitional Housing Rent Assistance Job Search Child Care School Resources DAV VA County Interfaith CTAP Mira Costa VANC We wanted another one of our young Veterans to be here this evening but she could not because she is now busy working. When she first came to us she has a list of needs you will see on the right of the slide. We were able to work with her and through the hard work of the organizations on the right side she was able to create enough stability she didn’t have when she left the military. This service model works. It works because of VANC’s ability to match Veterans problems to organizations who can solve them. NEXT SLIDE Ofelia Figueroa-Gaytan Disabled Army Veteran
