2. What is obamacare?? The Affordable Health Care Act
It is a health insurance policy given by president Obama in
The purpose is to extend health insurance coverage to some of the estimated 15% of the US population who lack it.

3. What the Law is about?
To make all Americans have health insurance, and the government offers subsidies to make coverage more affordable.
insurers were barred from :
denying coverage to children with pre-existing condition
adults under age of 26 were allowed to remain on their parents' plans.
cancelling coverage in some circumstances/
imposing lifetime limits on health coverage.
Businesses with more than 50 full-time employees to offer health coverage

4. How does the policy work?
All legal US residents must have health insurance, otherwise will be fined.
The low income group of people, their health care costs will be subsidized by the government.
People who in middle income class, the government provides grants to help them to obtain insurance with a cheaper price.

5. Big Problems: where the financial resources come from?
Increasing tax rate. Fact: people think of ways to tax evasion. 
the law imposes too many costs on business  "job killer".
Lay off workers
Hire more part-time workers

7. Conclusions Short term Long term - People are selfish
It is working and is good for the low income.
Long term - People are selfish
We are willing to cover our children, our parents and the one we loved without question.
Not all people are willing to cover the underinsured, uninsured poor people.
Congressional budget analysts predict the health law will cut the US workforce by equivalent of 2.3 million workers by 2021
