Outside artist rendering of the Lofts. First floor will be all retail space, including: Barnes and Noble, Gradkowski’s resaurant, Jimmy John’s and more! Second and third floors will be the loft apartments. One each floor, there will be a meeting room equipped with a television for presentations, group meetings, etc.

4. We will have 2 styles of floor plans: 4 bedroom, 2 bath and 2 bedroom, 1 bath. The Lofts will be fully furnished. Including: flat screen in the living room, dishwasher, washer and dryer and more!

6. The Lofts will offer a furnishing package above what is normally offered in the surrounding area.

8. We have begun leasing! The lease documents were finalized last week, and we already have some contracts signed! These spaces are very limited and will go quickly. If interested, I would encourage you to apply and sign as soon as possible in order to reserve your space.
