Student Success According to research at Gartner, some 65 percent of children in grade school today are predicted to work in jobs that have yet to be invented. Given this technological revolution, how should educators respond to accelerating change? Educators and education leaders would do well to focus less on translating knowledge—notably transferring existing knowledge to students— and more on the processes of entrepreneurial learning and creativity. These communities have so much excitement and momentum for this redesign work that if they choose to go ahead with their redesign plans, we will support them and so the following districts are eligible to be a part of the Gemini Project.
