6) Provide a structured form or guidelines that help mentors and interns work more effectively in planning their lessons and assessing performances
7) Increase the compensation rates for mentors, if possible
Identify the qualities and skills mentors should possess
Include the criteria for selecting mentors in school policies
Establish a professional and friendly relationship with interns who completed the practicum for sharing ideas, expertise, and success stories
Design a certificate for teachers identified as good mentors and who are continuously willing to serve as mentors
