3 Program Overview Goal Build simple tool and process to conduct REAL time Hazard Identification Establish controls Focus on teamwork Interventions Implementation Build training and coaching capacity at the sites Develop coaches drawn from frontline staff who have real experience who can connect with people, have passion, and have natural leadership and communication style

5 RESULTS 20 new site trainer coaches certified includes 6 contractors
Over 5500 HO staff and contractors trained and coached in WHM 20 new site trainer coaches certified includes 6 contractors Orion T/A in June resulted in zero recordable incidents, and high hazard reporting Supported reduction of Scotford Upgrader Expansion TRCF from 2.5 to 0.2 Departments where training and coaching has occurred have experienced significant reduction in recordable incidents Others sites have experienced an increase in incident and near miss reporting Improved peer to peer interventions Coaches have reported many incidents where staff have described how they prevented an incident by applying WHM Footer: Title may be placed here or disclaimer if required.
