Requires hosting environment to operate (AWS, Azure, in house etc…) Infotools Harmoni uses 3 key roles to distinguish permissions and access to features Keys or “Personalisation Keys” are used to further control access to features and change default settings

Roles Viewer Creator Explorer
Can view stories and dashboards (Including linked) that have been shared with them. Can save their own stories from dashboards and stories that have been shared with them. Can export all saved stories and dashboards directly to Office outputs (PPT / Excel) Will be able to receive notifications that have been set for them. Can use Mobile app to one-step-drill to chartlets Creator Can create edit and update projects, add/update data and publish the project to other explorer and creator users. Can combine multiple data sources and harmonise into single project trees Can create, combine, group, shape, align, relabel and design data in the project tree. Includes custom variables, weights, measures, bases and types. Explorer Can browse projects that have been published to them. Has access to the project tree to allow for drag n drop analysis and visualisation and drill in from story views. Can save analysis into stories or combine views to present as dashboards.
