moderator: Nicole Schmidt, FFG speaker: Jari Romanainen, TEKES 29 participants from 13 different agencies (Agentschap NL, CDTI, Enea, Enterprise Ireland, FFG, IWT, TSB, PARP, TA CR, TEKES, RCN, VINNOVA, Rannis) Feedback/lessons learnt: more different agencies than usual too broad topic for a webinar lively Q&A session after the presentation technical issues This was a very useful overview of the current state aid framework, together with insight into some of the issues arising during the consultation period on the new GBER. The speaker was excellent and the additional information gathered through the Q&A was very helpful.

NEXT STEPS.. Process for definition and selection of topics for 2014
collect suggestions from EWG / others before Board meeting 06/13 done! present ideas to Board 06/13, collect additional ideas from Board, define topic focus and potential hosts done! set up draft programme 2014 done! finish draft programme and discuss it in EWG 09/13 ongoing send draft programme to Board in 10/13 start „demand survey“ by end of 10/13 discuss status quo demand survey with Board 11/13 – last mobilisation demand survey closes end of 12/13 publication of programme, opening registration 01/14
