As a district, we transferred 523 students in to San Jose State University, an increase of almost 10% from last year. Over the past decade, Evergreen Valley College transfers more students to San Jose State University than San Jose City College. But, the 10% increase of transfers was evident at both colleges. Most popular programs to transfer for EVC students last year was Accountancy, Psychology and Criminology. For San Jose City College, students tend to choose Management, Accountancy and Social Science programs at SJSU. We are still the community college that sends most transfer to San Jose State University, De Anza being the second largest contributor to transfers to San Jose Sate University.
