Los Angeles Superior Court, Journal Technologies, and LHI pilot to enable e-filing for tenant and landlord workshops.

LHI Connect Allows self-help centers to manage and review litigant answer files; A variety of workflows can be supported. SHC Use – possible model SRL completes the interview on their own. Answers are reviewed by attorney prior to meeting Attorney and SRL meet to complete the interview and add local forms if needed. Forms are printed for filing. Remote Use – possible model SRL completes the interview. Instructions can provide SHC address OR interview data can request SRL’s contact information.
