Upon arrival, they can update their status to On Site and even take a before picture. Within the web portal, management and dispatch will see status updates moments later. Once the work is completed, the field worker can update the status to Completed and collect any required information such as signature, after picture, description of work and even collect payment on the spot if subscribed to mobile payments. The field worker can also record breaks and lunches then at the end of the workday, clock out. The office will have everything the worker did as it happens so workers do not have turn in paperwork or make unnecessary trips in order to be more productive.
