2. SWOT
Now that we have had the opportunity to observe the OP Assessor training activities, would like to obtain feedback from all attendees.
In order to obtain feedback and stimulate open conversation we would like to utilize a process called SWOT.
During this exercise we will break the general audience up into smaller discussion groups (4-6) and each group will be asked to discuss a general topic.
It will be the objective of each group to openly discuss the assigned question and then categorize comments into one of four SWOT elements.
