1 Peter 1:3 “Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ!  In His great mercy  He has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead”

3 Philippians 3: 10-11 10 “I want to know Christ—yes, to know the power of His resurrection and the fellowship of sharing in His sufferings, becoming like Him in His death, 11 and so, somehow, attaining to the resurrection from the dead.”

Throughout the letters of the New Testament, the life examples of the earliest disciples of Jesus; as well as from Jesus Himself…we see a “Resurrection Connection” : If we want to share in the resurrection life of Jesus in Heaven, we must be willing to suffer and be inconvenienced for His sake while alive on Earth.
