At our MPT site there is a large installation of ICS system. ICS consists of the following systems, PCS (Process Control System) ESD (Emergency Shutdown System) FGS (Fire and Gas System) RTU (Remote Terminal Units) For Well Pads

19 Statistics for ICS Stations and I/O
In CS3000 system, in one domain, maximum of 64 stations can be connected. At MPT, approx 60 stations have been used. Still there is a provision for 4 more stations in the existing domain. Total I/O Counts: for MPT – approx. 9800, Well Pad – approx

REDUNDANCY IN THE SYSTEM AT OUR SITE Communication redundancy: through two communication bus Vnet BUS 1 and Vnet Bus 2. Control redundancy: through redundant Input and out put cards and redundant processers. Power Supply redundancy: through redundant UPS 230 Vac power supply for all the controllers.

23 Integrated Control System Maintenance
Maintenance activities for ICS System Daily checking of the system status and card healthiness through system status display and system alarms. Checking of Communication for Wellpads through IP ping. Temperature and Humidity checking for all the panel rooms and control rooms. Every quarter system routine checking with vendor support as part of AMC and annual shut down maintenance for the system if shutdown is provided .

24 Integrated Control System Spares
Spares for ICS System We are maintaining important cards for system in our stock. We have contract with vendor for keeping spares at our site and billing for the spares would be done if they are consumed. Emergency services for ICS system We have contract for 24 hour telephonic support and provision for service engineer visit at out site within 24 hours in case of emergency.
