7 Confidence Worldliness Work ethic
Vision Confidence Worldliness Work ethic DW- What is my vision for the Sixth Form? - I want pupils to develop the confidence, worldliness and work ethic of the best candidates in the country. To build this confidence- they need to get involved in debating, volunteering , team-building exercises and mentoring To build their worldliness- go on trips both here and abroad, do charity work and develop a broad knowledge of current affairs And to build their Work Ethic they need to want to succeed and know how to work effectively to reach their goals. If we can get give them these attributes then they can go on to the top universities or get the job or apprentriship that they always want and also to flourish in those roles
