Who was involved Everyone who accessed our service for an appointment between April and September 2016 was given a questionnaire to complete. Quarter one: 70 respondents Quarter two: 91 respondents They were then asked three additional questions which gave a smaller number of respondents. If using a school logo, make sure that if you have a long page title, it does not encroach on the logo. Allow about 2cm around the logo. Run the page title onto two lines if necessary.

Patient Comments Nothing is too much trouble for your staff. Each and every one always put you at ease. I do feel there is occasionally a lack of communication between office staff and practitioners regarding appointments. I have experienced only solid professionalism throughout my dealings here. My trust is therefore absolute. From the moment we first attended 5 years ago the service we received has been second to none. Range pictures to the left and place underneath the bullet point text. Range captions to the bottom right hand corner of the picture. The image shown here is 7cm x 5cm. Administration staff have now been relocated so they are more accessible and training has been put in place to improve internal communications.

You are the perfect blend of caring, skill and professionalism.
Patient Comments You are the perfect blend of caring, skill and professionalism. Batteries stock needs a bit of improvement. Cochlear users now use more rechargeable batteries rather than disposable batteries. But some users prefer having disposable ones. The service , people, support has been absolutely fantastic. They’ve bent over backwards with everything that has been done for me. The provision of the implant is life changing and the attention and the service from AIS is first class. Range pictures to the left and place underneath the bullet point text. Range captions to the bottom right hand corner of the picture. The image shown here is 7cm x 5cm. We need to work harder with patients to explain the environmental and cost impact of disposable batteries. However if patients are unable to use rechargeable batteries then they can apply to be considered for disposable batteries instead.
