3 Documentation was: now: outline proposal
programme specification, including curriculum matrix programme document module specifications assessment matrix now: business case replaces outline proposal programme specification and module specifications curriculum and assessment matrices (separate?) design narrative replaces programme document

4 Business case approval
initial idea comes from Portfolio Group or School business case covers: link to YSJU strategies (“how it fits”) UK HE sector data 2 paragraphs for applicants (why study at YSJU; distinctiveness) resources outcomes defined resource envelope metadata about the programme (aka “programme header”) neither can be changed unless approved by DVC

5 Planning meeting who? outcomes: academic leader
Academic Development Directorate Academic Quality Support [Senior Fellow of the HEA] outcomes: timeline for delivery of documents nominated support from AQS and SFHEA

6 Design “day” (and continuing)
