Simple 3 Pose Routine

Yoga Terms Yoga means “yolk” or “union” of mind and body.
Prana is “life force” or your breath. Hatha is make up of two sanskrit words: Ha which means sun Tha which means moon Asana means “seat” or “pose”

Namaste This greeting loosely translates as, “The divine within me honors the divine within you.” The Sanskrit symbol Om represents the hum or vibration of the universe.

Why a Three Pose Routine?
A 3 pose routine will be short yet allow your body to prepare for learning/studying. Typically done in order of a Concentrate Pose, and Energize Pose, then a Relax Pose

Bridge Pose Opens chest, spine, hips, and thighs. Circulation

Plow Pose Circulation, Stretches neck and back. Calming.

Sun Salute Arms up over head. Standing forward Bend. Warrior 1 Plank
Downward Dog Standing Forward Bend. Namaste Repeat with other side!
