5th Amendment- Can’t be forced to be a witness against himself. “I will take the 5th” ‘Double Jeopardy’ trail twice for the same crime.
Trail by Jury(6th)- Right to a speedy, public and fair trail.
Jury Trail(7th)- Conflicts over property or money (over $20).

Bails, fines & punishment- Protect against unfair treatment before & after trail.
Bail can not be unfairly high.
It also protect against ‘Cruel & Unusual Punishment’. What is the ‘Death Penalty’?

9th, All citizens rights are not listed in the constitution.
10th, Powers Congress has and does not have & which powers are denied to the states.
Who has the powers the Constitution does not mention?
It belongs to the state gov’t/to the people.
