16. Best Practices When going between Word and FAWeb7 make sure you always return to the comment window if youve opened a comment. If FAWeb7 seems unresponsive check to make sure its not expecting you to be using an open comment window instead Never open more than one comment window at a time, doing so will hide your previous comment window and a new, blank comment window will appear (i.e. the work appears lost) If you lose your comment, check the taskbar to make sure youve not opened an additional blank comment window
