8 Breakfast/Lunch/ Snack Procedure  Breakfast is served at 8:05 and ends at 8:30  Lunch is served at 11:00 and ends at 11:30  Snack is served is at 1:50 Outside food is not allowed (exception only with a doctor notice) Monthly Meal Fees of $160 will be applied

9 After School Care Our staff strives to foster a positive emotional environment in which children know that they are valued, respected, and like. We consider carefully the changing interest and capabilities of the children when planning before and after care as well as school holidays and teacher workdays. We provide homework tutorials and various extracurricular activities such as sports team, dance programs, gymnastics, etc.

19 Parent Volunteers There will be times and ways you can get involved in your child’s private pre-k and daycare education. You are welcomed and encouraged to participate in any or all of these. 1.Chaperoning on field trips 2.Lending objects for units of study 3.Volunteering on a weekly basis as room parent 4.Helping your child at home with the concepts

21 What About Communications? Please….. Check your child's daily folder. Send any notes for the teacher.

22 Curriculum OWL We believe children should have fun! After all, even the experts agree that preschool age children learn most through play. These carefree years are so short, and soon the children will be exposed to a much more structured form of learning. During the month, many activities take place which help promote basic skills(letter and number recognition, color and shape recognition large motor skills, small motor skills, etc.)

30 Parents’ Job? Provide a time, place and supplies for the student to complete their assignments. Initial the folder daily, check for comments, notes, communications from the teacher.

31 Parents’ Job? Check for completeness of homework. Return papers within 3 days. Communicate any concerns or helpful information about your child.
