2. WHERE YOU LIVE NOW, WHERE YOU GREW UP, AND WHY DID YOU (IF YOU DID), MOVE Hello, my name is Cynthia McCoy. I would like to welcome everyone to the class as we share and get to know each other well. I grew up in Cleveland, Ohio with my mom and my two brothers. With a singe parent I wouldn't get the chance of attending better schools in town. However, as a matter of fact I went through Cleveland metropolitan school district. I graduated in 2002 and then joined the military whereby I have been working as a logistics specialist.

3. While in the Military, I have been on mission to different countries such as Europe, Thailand, Afghanistan, Bahrain and currently based in Kuwait. Having realized the greater benefits of education, I enrolled for a Bachelor’s degree program in Supply chain management and achieved it May this year. Currently, I am working on my master’ degree in Education at Ashford University.

4. MY FAVOURITE K-12 TEACHER AND WHY? Mrs. Grace 5 TH -7 TH Grade Very encouraging. Mr. Morgan would always ensure that our needs were met. The teacher used learner centered approach. Mr. Miller 6 th grade Mr. Miller was more often hot tempered. He had no enough time with students. Never applied the culturally relevant pedagogy skills.

5. If I were to eat one food for dinner for the rest of my life. I would prefer chicken nuggets alongside fruits, some veges and grains. CHICKEN NUGGETS

6. I have always yearned to work with young people especially in the education sector thus facilitating their academic success. With the help of Dr. Dallas, we will gain a lot throughout this course as we champion our career goals. Thank you and let’s get started. Good luck to everyone! CONCLUSION
