Proposal. Expand the interior service area facing Adams Ave to replace the outdoor service area Replace deteriorating siding Create visual continuity and upgraded styling with new siding, trim and stone wainscot. Frame street-facing wall into a full gable with facade to screen HVAC units from street view

Economic Benefits Improved service area caters to a larger consumer demand. Increased business = more jobs Refreshed aesthetics increases neighboring property values Added square footage increases property tax contribution to the urban renewal fund. Updated exterior appearance bring a new look and feel to the eastern stretch of Adams Avenue. Only local contractors and suppliers will be used.

Feasibility Practical considerations Impact to existing site features will be minimal. Tie-in to existing systems will be safe and cost efficient. All building codes will be met or exceeded. Planning Department and zoning compliance Project meets all zoning requirements. Project meets general acceptability requirements. Contingencies for additional parking spaces have been secured. Building Schedule Work will begin on or about June 15, 2011 Scheduled completion on September 15, 2011 Project is ready to proceed.
