SIZE AND COST LIMITS SCHOOL BUILDING AID LIMITED TO MAXIMUM SIZE AND COST SIZE LIMITS: 120 SF/PUPIL - ELEMENTARY SCHOOL 140 SF/PUPIL - MIDDLE SCHOOL 140 SF/PUPIL - MIDDLE SCHOOL 160 SF/PUPIL - HIGH SCHOOL 160 SF/PUPIL - HIGH SCHOOL SITE LIMITS: 20 ACRES PLUS 1 PER 100 PUPILS - ES 25 ACRES PLUS 1 PER 100 PUPILS - MS 25 ACRES PLUS 1 PER 100 PUPILS - MS 30 ACRES PLUS 1 PER 100 PUPILS – HS 30 ACRES PLUS 1 PER 100 PUPILS – HS COST/SF LIMIT SET EACH YEAR BY DEPT. OF EDUCATION SCHOOLS WITH ENROLLMENTS LESS THAN 250 ARE ALLOWED 20% ADDITIONAL SF/PUPIL ARE ALLOWED 20% ADDITIONAL SF/PUPIL SCHOOLS WITH MULTIPLE LEVELS USE HIGHER LEVEL LIMITS HIGHER LEVEL LIMITS
