Exp. ◦ Lack of self confidence, ◦ Excessive Enthusiasm, ◦ Lack of imaginative control, … etc. Problem Solving Blocks- deal with individual’s processing abilities and skills which hinder effective outcomes. Exp. ◦ Solution Fixedness, ◦ Premature Judgments, …etc. Situational Blocks- include elements of the immediate environment and the cultural or sociological aspects. It is combined with other blocks.
