Waivers for LEED in O 430.2B June 17, 20102010 FIMS / RE Workshop13 Section 4(d) : In no case will a waiver permit any construction or renovation project that does not meet or exceed statutory goals, including the achievement of credits to exceed the ASHRAE 90.1-2004 standard by at least 30 percent, and address each of the five elements of the Guiding Principles.

(ii): 15 percent of the existing Federal capital asset building inventory of the agency as of the end of fiscal year 2015 incorporates the sustainable practices in the Guiding Principles October 5, 2009 Section 2(g)(ii): ensuring that all new construction, major renovation, or repair and alteration of Federal buildings complies with the Guiding Principles....
