4 Mental Process (far more difficult to observe directly) for it include thoughts, feelings and beliefs

5 If our ways of studying is through scientific ways, then they are based on systematic observation and their goals are:  To describe  To explain  To predict  To change

6 ACTIVITY  Site or give an example of an observable behavior.  Then try to describe, explain, predict and change
