Unitary: It is forming a single or uniform entity. They created their laws and taxes. EX: Scotland, northern Ireland, united kingdom, and Ukraine Confederation: An organization that consists a number of parties or groups united in alliances. Created a national government composed of a Congresses EX: Which had the power to declare war, appoint military officers, sign treaties, make alliances, appoint foreign ambassadors, and manage relations with Indians. Federal(federation): Having or relating to a system of government in which several states form a unity but remain independent in internal affairs. EX: The United States, Australia, the Federal Republic of Germany. Vocabulary

3 Oligarchy: The role of citizens is a small group of control especially for corrupt and selfish purpose , the citizens has a very limited role. Autocratic: One person possesses unlimited power and the citizens has little if any role in the government Democratic: The democratic supreme power is held by the people. The people vote for the electing vice president or president and more.

4 Dictatorship: Government by a dictator.
Republic: A state in which supreme power is held by the people and their elected representatives, and which has an elected or nominated president rather than a monarch. Chief of state: The titular head of a nation as distinct from the head of the government Head of government: Is a generic term used for either the highest, or second highest, official in the executive branch of a sovereign state, a federated state, or a self-governing colony who often presides over a cabinet. Parliamentary democracy: A system of government in which people elect representatives to a parliament to make laws Presidential democracy: System is a republican system of government where a head of government is also head of state and leads an executive branch that is separate from the legislative branch.

The systems of government in Russia is the Federal Republic, Semi-presidential system, Constitutional Republic.

6 The form of leadership in Russia
The form of leadership in Russia is Vladimir Lenin. After Lenin’s death the city was renamed Ulyanovsk in tribute to its famous native. Little Vladimir was baptized in the Russian Orthodox tradition.

7 Role of citizens in Russia
The citizens want to vote for themselves, with out anyone telling them what to vote for. They want to be free to vote for who ever they want to.

8 Voting requirement in Russia
The voting requirements in Russia is that you have to be 21 years old and older to vote. If you are under 21 years old ,than you can not vote in Russia. This age is way different form the other countries.

9 Freedoms and rights of people in Russia
All people shall be equal before the law and court. Everyone shall have the right to live. The exercise of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen shall not violate the rights and freedoms of other people. Everyone shall have the right to education. Everyone shall have the right to a home. Everyone shall be guaranteed the freedom of ideas and speech. Everyone shall have the right to freedom and personal immunity.

What is it? The European Union is a politico-economic union of 28 member countries that are primarily located in Europe. What countries are in it? The EU countries are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the UK. What does it do for the world? It allowed the free flow of goods and people.
