The goal of the webinar is to provide updates on the Data Pipeline and current and upcoming collections. These webinars also provide a forum for districts, BOCES, and Administrative Units to have questions answered about Data Pipeline. Again we apologize for the delay! Reasons for the delayed release of the application: Completing enhancements that were identified during internal testing Performance issues with the application / data model Actions still to be completed Installation of the new Oracle Database server Migration of the Identity Management software to new server Finalize the FAQ for the new application based on webinars Update the LAM user guide Training for the CDE support staff 10

Delegation Administration Town Hall Update
Implementation plans have not changed – only the date Pilot LEA’s will have three weeks to review and provide feedback Targeting early May for the pilot group General release after all pilot issues have been addressed Targeting mid June for all district release. Mandatory cut-over date days after the general release Once you create or updates users, you stay on new 11g DA Thank you for your continued patience – CDE will not release the product until the performance issues are resolved. 11

Important information about CRDC Launch Date
Within the week notice sent April 7th Superintendents, PCPs and ACPs received an one week prior to official CRDC launch from (send today) Plan to open most functionality Thursday April 16th Withholding certification (approval) functionality Receive account information by 6 pm Within 4 days of launch, tips on account information and how to contact the Partner Support Center will be ed (Also posted on Grads360) On launch day, the production link posted numerous places. By April 30th formal hard copy letter with due date to superintendent ( to PCP and ACP)

Preliminary CRDC Schedule
Colorado Civil Rights Data Collection Schedule April 16-17 Districts that want to "Opt-Out" of CDE data provision should go into the system and make their selection to "Opt-Out". April CDE will load data and conduct data checks. April 22 Districts begin entering data and making corrections to CDE provided data as necessary. July CRDC is expected to close. 15

Opting Out of Certain Modules or Schools for State Data Provision
Districts wanting to opt out of certain CDE provided data Some districts have indicated they want to opt out of certain modules (also have option for schools) Steps are a tad more complex Must complete on April 16-17, if so choose Otherwise, LEAs may overwrite CDE data For TSDL, LEAs would choose modules COUR APIB EXAM

CRDC and Integrated Math Reminder
CDE did not include Integrated Math in our CRDC course mappings If your district utilizes these course codes, then please add integrated math students to the appropriate provided total. 02061 52061 These counts may be added to Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II or other appropriate math category. Concern would be a deflated number of students in math courses.

Updates Be sure every district has a DIS respondent assigned
Even if there are no discipline incidents for students with disabilities at your district. If your district falls in to this category please let us know. We are in the process of handling this in the system but for now we’re just keeping a record. Be sure every AU has a SPI respondent assigned Snapshot to be available a week earlier on April 27th We encourage districts to submit now For assistance please contact Kristi Gleason at 32

Student End of Year Changes take affect next year
EDAC approved school year changes Create new entry and exit code 05 Separate out of country and out of state into two codes Existing Entry and exit code 14 will indciate out of state New Entry and exit code 05 will indicate out of country Change order of last name and first name in adjustment file Change order of the last name and first name fields to match order of other interchange files.
