Week of February 12th-16th Classroom number: (832) This Week: Reading: We will review CVC words with /e/ Ex; pet, beg, red. We will identify sight words: all, not. We will identify key events in a story. Language: We will blend sounds together. We will listen and isolate the beginning sounds in words. We will segment sounds in words. Math: We will use non standard units of measure to find length, width, and capacity of different objects. Science: We will observe the patterns of day and night. Social Studies : We will Identify and discuss historical figures, George Washington and Abraham Lincoln, as well their influence and contributions to America.
