Welcome Message Dear colleagues, We take great pleasure in inviting you to join us at the latest edition of our GP Symposium to be held on 2nd April 2011 (Saturday), organized by the Department of Gastroenterology & Hepatology. The selected theme for the Symposium will be “Management of Common Liver Problems in Primary Care”. Management of liver diseases is constantly evolving, similar to previous years, we hope to give you an update on the common hepatological problems that you may encounter in your daily practice. We have chosen four interesting topics include the approach to abnormal liver function tests, the management of fatty liver, the essential updates on chronic Hepatitis B infection, and last but not least we will also talk about liver cirrhosis in primary care.
