1 Turn off monitor when not in use. Buy Green PC. 2 If you buy a new system - get a Low Rad monitor. Video Electronics Standards recommend Refresh Rate > 70 Hz. 3 Keep monitor as far away as comfortable (3-4 feet). 4 Face monitor away from window glare, or use Tilt Stand or Anti-Glare Screen. Glance away often. 5 Adjust Contrast comfortably, set Brightness lower. 6 Consider UV Protection for eye glasses. Blink! 7 Position power side of printer away from you. 8 Use proper typing position - elbow at 90 angle. 9 Consider buying a wrist rest or ergonomic keyboard. 10 Only use comfortable chairs with good back support. 11 Moderately exercise wrists, back, neck, legs. At least old typewriters required pushing CR lever. 12 Take stretch breaks - for the body & mind! Timer?
