3. DNA Restriction Step 2
Add 3 µl of enzyme solution to each of the 5 tubes containing DNA and labeled "C,1,2,3,4."
Make sure to change the pipette tip after each addition.

4. DNA Restriction Step 3
Place the tubes in a 37oC water bath for a minimum of 10 minutes.
For optimal restriction action 30 minutes is needed.

5. DNA Restriction Step 4 After incubation you have 2 options:
you can store the reaction overnight in the freezer and continue the next day with gel electrophoresis or
go to gel electrophoresis and load, run, and stain the gels after class and view results the next day
