2. Biography
Elon Musk was born on June 28, 1971 in Pretoria, South Africa in the province of Gauteng, but he’s Canadian American
His parents were Errol Musk (father) and Maye Musk (mother)
He taught himself computer programming when he was 12
He coded his first game called “Blastar” at 12 and sold it for $500 to PC and Office Technology, a magazine
When he was 17, he moved to Canada to attend Queen’s University, hence his Canadian American status

3. Biography
Two years later, he transferred to the University of Pennsylvania
In 1995, he took classes for a PhD in applied physics and material sciences at Stanford University for a month before dropping out
After dropping out, he co-founded Zip2, basically the first online Yellow Pages, with his brother, Kimbal Musk
After Compaq bought that company for $340 million, he began working on X.com, which was to be later merged with Confinity, be renamed to PayPal, and be bought by eBay for $1.5 billion in 2002
In 2002, he founded SpaceX, which he is currently CEO of

4. Biography
SpaceX’s goal was to create a reusable rocket, thus saving millions of dollars in wasted one-time-use rockets
It achieved its first successful landing and recovery in December 2015
He co-founded Tesla in 2003
Tesla is an electric car company and further pushes his dream of predominant renewable energy
In 2006, he inspired the creation of SolarCity and is currently its chairman
In 2015, he co-founded OpenAI
In July 2016, he founded Neuralink

5. Biography
In December 2016, he founded The Boring Company (which is anything but boring!)
He started hyping up hats for the Boring Company and said that after those sold out he would begin selling flamethrowers
He wasn’t lying; he started selling flamethrowers and soon sold out...
He also also proposed the Hyperloop, bringing together many highly educated engineers
Another one of his proposed ideas is known as the “Musk electric jet,” which is basically an electric supersonic jet with electric propulsion

He dreams of starting a colony of humans on Mars and living there himself one day
Currently, Tesla and SpaceX are the most hyped up companies and are changing the world
The stock prices rise every time anything happens or is released
He puts a lot of thought into his decisions
He had a master plan for Tesla which he followed and successfully achieved

9. Reflection
Elon Musk is the real Iron Man. He is the only one in the world who is currently pushing for renewable energy reform. He’s an environmentalist and is one of the few business owners who actually cares about the environment. He came from nothing and he manages to create hype for everything he does. When he released his semi-truck, he generated TONS of hype! Who else can generate so much hype for a semi-truck?!
