3. How to access the help system:
To access the help system, select either one of the following links:
globalcehelp.cummins.com
gce.cummins.com
Click on “Global Customer Engineering Home Page”
- Click on the “Help / FAQ” tab
- Select “Global CE Help Ticket System”

8. Issue Details: Fill out the information about your request
Press the Create button Only 1 time and wait for the system to reply that it has created your ticket
Note there will be a small circular rotating symbol in the top center of the screen while the ticket is being created
Note: if you are a Member, do not fill out the Member Only section until after the ticket has been created
