Ethical Codes A Set of principles to determine The Company’s behaviour. This may cover:- Personal Behaviour - Employees Corporate Behaviour e.g. when negotiating deals Behaviour towards Society e.g. when Recruiting Behaviour towards the Environment e.g. when deciding on the business process.
