What do you do when the schedule seems full?
Using Walk-in Times Joining the “Waitlist”

Option 1: Walk-in Times Walk-in times always show “grey”, until the WLC books someone in. This means that specialist on the schedule is in the WLC and is available You can’t book the appointment. We book the appointment once you arrive All Walk-ins are “first come, first served”. Walk-in appointments may also be available with other specialists who have finished early with another student, or whose students have not shown up.

Option 2: Joining the “Wait-List” – step 1
There is a tiny clock face by each date on the booking schedule. Click on this link to join the waitlist for that day. See the next slide.

Joining the “Wait-List” – step 2
Select your “start time”. When you become available E.g. if you’re in class all morning, then your start time might be 1 p.m. Select your “end time” The time you have to be finished by. E.g. if you have a class that starts at 3, then that would be your end time

Joining the “Wait-List” – step 3
Hit “join the waiting list” If there is a cancellation or ‘no-show’ you will receive a text message or message informing you about the opening. You must LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT to reserve that time. DO NOT REPLY TO THE MESSAGE. It will not reserve the time for you.
