Empowers staff to choose where and when they work, increasing flexibility is a key behaviour to embed before the move to Colindale
Give staff the skills, understanding and confidence they need to use Skype for Business
Get the benefits of the technology and reduce the calls to Service Desk (25% of calls to Service Desk on Skype are ‘How do it’ user issues, not technical faults)
Channels: a mixture of digital channels and face to face engagement including lunch and learns, floorwalking and a team-based competition

4. Competition outline ‘Skype bingo’  
Competition: Teams of up to 10 ppl for Skype Bingo – so will need to register team by a certain date. Must take screen shots of at least 5 activities. Winning team gets pizza for lunch! The bingo card is available on the TW3 microsite

We’ll be creating a 5min presentation + speaking points for you to run through at your team meeting – this is for all CCs, not just tech champions.
