Campaign aims Summer of Skype campaign ‘Making collaboration simpler’ (Value: Embrace change and innovation) Empowers staff to choose where and when they work, increasing flexibility is a key behaviour to embed before the move to Colindale Give staff the skills, understanding and confidence they need to use Skype for Business Get the benefits of the technology and reduce the calls to Service Desk (25% of calls to Service Desk on Skype are ‘How do it’ user issues, not technical faults) Channels: a mixture of digital channels and face to face engagement including lunch and learns, floorwalking and a team-based competition

Competition outline ‘Skype bingo’
Competition: Teams of up to 10 ppl for Skype Bingo – so will need to register team by a certain date. Must take screen shots of at least 5 activities. Winning team gets pizza for lunch! The bingo card is available on the TW3 microsite Tasks for Skype weekly challenges / bingo card game below: Week 1 – Instant Messenger Week 2 - Skype Telephony Week 3 – Conference calls Week 4 – Advanced features IM a team member via Skype Skype call someone (chat) Present a PowerPoint via Screen Share Use Skype Whiteboard feature Change status Add contacts Host a virtual Skype meeting – via Outlook Use Skype polls to rate how the meeting went Group IM as a team Skype call someone (video) users might not have a webcam though - so optional
