2. EMPLOYEE INSURANCE COVERAGE
GROUP MEDI-CLAIM POLICY
The scheme entitles the insured employee, a reimbursement of Rs. x/- each for himself/herself, spouse and maximum of 4 children.
An employee and his/her spouse and dependent children (minimum age group of 3 months from their date of birth) shall be eligible for the scheme
Mediclaim hospitalization Coverage
  All expenses as are actually and necessarily incurred on:
Any bodily injury through accident.
Any disease contacted or Any illness suffered
Benefit : 2 lac Insured

3. 2. GROUP PERSONAL ACCIDENT POLICY (PAP)
The Group Personal Accident Insurance, entitles an employee incase of
temporary or permanent disablement or his/her nominee in case of his/her
accidental death while in employment of the company, a sum as per the
below mentioned table.
The sum entitled will vary based on the category and the status.
Benefit :Minimum of 3 lacs Insured
3. GROUP TERM ASSURANCE POLICY (GTA)
All Smartlink employees (Permanent & Probationers) are covered under
Group Insurance scheme.
In the event of death of an employee covered under the policy, a certain
sum will be paid to the employees’ nominee
Benefit : Min 5 lacs Insured

> HR Dept. provides with a letter for opening Salary A/c
( For out station employees)
> Submit the KYC documents to the HDFC representative & complete bank formalities
( For corporate employees)

Valid Voter ID card/ Aadhar Card

Please Note : Smartlink only credits salary to HDFC A/c

9. Tax Saving Options
Smartlink offers the employees the benefit of enrolling themselves under the NPS Scheme ( National Pension Scheme or LTA Scheme ( Leave Travel Allowance ).
The current salary of the employee is revised in conjunction with the scheme the employee wants to enroll in.
